Our client is a reference in aeronautical sector and is recruiting a Purchasing Specialist for his department of procurement.

Responsibilities

Our candidate is the Procurement Purchasing Specialist manages ordering activities for Procurement Commodities within France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. This also includes operational sourcing activities following the Procurement processes and strategies.

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs
• Operational Sourcing
• Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders)
• Maintenance of info records (e.g. catalogues)
• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers)
• Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP)
• Use of other specific tools (Coupa)

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus
• Communication skills
• Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
• Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
• Fluent in English
• German would be a plus
• Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services
• Shows a lot of reliability rigor and concentration at work
• Digital Acumen
