Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a Procurement Purchasing Assistant to manage ordering activities for Procurement Commodities across France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. The role includes PR review, PO creation, operational sourcing, and service desk support using SAP and Coupa.

Fluency in English and German is required for a dynamic, multicultural environment with a strong focus on delivery, compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Able to prioritize during emergencies and manage multiple tools.

Position Summary: The Procurement Purchasing Assistant manages ordering activities for Procurement Commodities within France, Germany, Spain, the UK and Portugal. This also includes operational sourcing activities following the Procurement processes and strategies.

Essential Functions

• Review of Purchase Requests (PRs)
• Purchase Order (PO) creation / update and follow up of POs
• Operational Sourcing
• Service Desk activities (provide support to internal stakeholders)
• Maintenance of info records (e.g. catalogues)
• Communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders (internal customers, buyers)
• Use of Airbus ERP Systems (SAP)
• Use of other specific tools (Coupa)

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement is a plus
• Communication skills
• Be customer focused, understand priorities = knows how to prioritize in case of emergencies
• Eager to learn to work with new tools / be open to change and to continuous improvement
• Fluency in English and German
• Enjoy a dynamic and multicultural environment with a lot of different tools and variety of products and services
