Wire IT invites a Protection & Resilience Consultant to join our Lisbon office, Hybrid work. You will drive ERM, PSM and TPRM programs, perform risk analyses, map regulatory requirements, and design resilient processes with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in corporate security or risk management, is fluent in Portuguese and English, and can coordinate with internal teams while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in corporate security, emergency or crisis management, or TPRM.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to work independently across multiple topics.
• Experience in gap analysis, regulatory mapping and process design.
• Experience with supplier assessments, DDQs and TPRM controls.
• Clear communication and collaboration with internal teams.
• Willingness to complete confidentiality and data protection checks.

Role: Protection & Resilience Consultant | ERM, PSM and TPRM

Location: Lisbon, Hybrid

Required skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate security, emergency and crisis management, or TPRM.
• Ability to work independently across multiple topics.
• Experience in gap analysis, regulatory mapping and process design.
• Practical experience with supplier assessments, DDQs and TPRM controls.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different internal teams.
• Willingness to complete confidentiality, data protection and fit-and-proper checks.
