Wire IT, based in Portugal, seeks a Protection & Resilience Consultant to join its growing team in Lisbon. The role focuses on ERM, PSM and TPRM within a dynamic, international environment. Hybrid work in Lisbon supports collaboration, autonomy, and career growth.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in corporate security or related fields, is fluent in Portuguese and English, and can coordinate with cross-functional teams while upholding confidentiality and data-protection standards.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate security, emergency and crisis management, or TPRM.
• Experience in gap analysis, regulatory mapping and process design.
• Practical experience with supplier assessments, DDQs and TPRM controls.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams.
• Willingness to complete confidentiality, data protection and fit-and-proper checks.

Location: Lisbon, Hybrid

Required skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in corporate security, emergency and crisis management, or TPRM.
• Ability to work independently across multiple topics.
• Experience in gap analysis, regulatory mapping and process design.
• Practical experience with supplier assessments, DDQs and TPRM controls.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate with different internal teams.
• Willingness to complete confidentiality, data protection and fit-and-proper checks.
