Wire IT, a Portugal-based IT consulting partner, is seeking an Identity and Access Management Specialist to join a senior, dynamic team on a hybrid basis in Lisbon. You will help clients secure access controls and IAM processes in a fast-moving market.

We value analytical thinkers with strong communication skills and hands-on knowledge of IAM concepts. The role offers health insurance, vacation benefits, meal allowance, and opportunities to grow within an international company.

Qualificações

• 6–9 years of experience in a similar IAM role.
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with access management concepts and tools.
• Understanding of IT security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English.
• Desirable: experience in financial services.
• Desirable: familiarity with Groupe BPCE tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required skills:

• 6-9 Years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Familiarity with access management concepts and tools.
• Understanding of IT security principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Desirable:
• Experience working within the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Groupe BPCE tools and processes.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
