Purpleroof is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to lead partner acquisition in Portugal. You will target property developers, real estate agencies and brokers to join the Purple Roof platform, ensuring high-quality listings and strong relationships.

You will pitch, demonstrate the platform, manage the sales funnel from lead to contract, monitor market trends, and optimize partner performance. 1–3 years in B2B sales and strong communication are ideal.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in real estate, PropTech, or online portals is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, pitch, and onboard real estate developers, agencies, and brokers to join the Purple Roof platform.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and demonstrate platform value to partners.
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to contract execution.
• Monitor market trends to refine partner packages and offerings.
• Help existing partners maximize listing quality and performance on the platform.
