Purple Roof in Lisbon is seeking a creative designer and social media content creator to join our on-site team. You will craft graphics, banners, and short-form videos to boost brand visibility across social platforms.

You'll develop captions in English and Portuguese, track performance, and help shape Purple Roof’s visual identity in a fast-growing PropTech environment in Lisbon. Work is on-site at our office in Lisbon, Portugal.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of graphic design and social media content creation experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and engaging video content.
• Professional fluency in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Content Creation & Design: Produce graphics, banners, layouts, and multimedia assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Short-Form Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories) showcasing listings, market insights, and platform features.
• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Copywriting & Storytelling: Write captions, headlines, and calls-to-action in English and Portuguese.
• Trend & Platform Monitoring: Track social media trends and platform updates to keep content fresh.
• Performance Tracking: Collaborate with marketing to analyze engagement and optimize assets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly talented, on-site Creative Designer & Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for Purple Roof. You will conceive, produce, and execute high-performing graphics, short-form videos, and engaging visual content across all our social media platforms to boost brand awareness and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Design: Produce visually stunning graphics, banners, layouts, and multimedia assets aligned with Purple Roof’s brand guidelines.

• Short-Form Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit engaging videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Stories) showcasing property listings, market insights, and platform features.

• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Plan, schedule, and publish daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Copywriting & Storytelling: Write compelling captions, headlines, and calls-to-action in both English and Portuguese.

• Trend & Platform Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.

• Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the marketing team to track engagement metrics, analyze content performance, and continuously optimize visual assets.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media content creation (experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or agency environments is a plus).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or Figma, plus mobile editing tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.).

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design expertise, creative branding, and engaging video content.

• Languages: Professional fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

• On-Site Requirement: Ability to work full-time at our office in Lisbon, Portugal.
