Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Porto, Portugal, is hiring a Financial Analyst to manage the financial operations for a portfolio of properties. You will handle lease administration, budgeting, variance tracking, and financial reporting, coordinating with accounting and property management teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and at least 1 year of real estate financial experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of real estate financial management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Perform all lease administration/ financial duties, including AP/AR.
• Ensure compliance with financial property management policies, codes, regulations, and directives.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets, track variances, and perform year-end reconciliations.
• Accurately abstract all property leases in lease administration software.
• Maintain interface with third-party owners and accounting team for accurate financial reporting.
• Participate in financial and client team meetings to align with client goals.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients and third-party entities.
