Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Financial Analyst to manage the financial aspects of a property or group of properties under the client’s management agreement. The role involves lease administration and financial duties (AP/AR), operating and capital budgets, variances, and year-end reconciliations.

You will interface with owners and the accounting team to ensure timely, accurate reporting. Strong communication, analytical and Excel skills are essential, with knowledge of Yardi preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of real estate financial management or related financial experience
• Strong knowledge of finance
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Yardi is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform lease administration/financial duties, including AP/AR
• Ensure compliance with financial property management policies and regulations
• Prepare operating and capital budgets, track variances, and perform year-end reconciliations
• Abstract property leases in lease administration software
• Maintain interface with third-party owners and accounting team for accurate reporting
• Participate in financial and client meetings to align goals
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, clients, and third parties
