Job summary

CORUM L'Epargne in Lisbon is seeking a Property Accountant to join our European team. You will develop relationships with asset managers and accounting teams, handling AR/AP tasks and tenant billing using Yardi.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, at least 2 years in accounting, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English with French a plus. We offer hybrid work, professional development and exposure to international projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting (AP/AR) or property accounting experience.
• Experience with YARDI ERP is a strong asset.
• Experience with commercial and multi-tenant properties is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective working relationships with operational departments, asset and property managers, accounting teams and other key business stakeholders.
• Manage tenant billing for rents and service charges.
• Support annual service charge reconciliations and ensure deadlines are met.
• Monitor unpaid rents and manage bad debt procedures and reporting.
• Develop into a SME in property accounting processes and back up for other property accountants.
• Use Yardi software for property accounting and reporting tasks.
