GRiT Solutions in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic projects with a strong business focus. You will bridge our internal teams with banking clients, ensuring alignment between requirements and execution while driving results in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of payment methods, proven leadership, and a consultative mindset to structure solutions and resolve challenges across stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of payment methods and acquiring ecosystem.
• Senior level with autonomy and proven leadership in project management.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including internal teams and banking clients.
• Consultative approach with focus on solution structuring and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation abilities.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.

Responsabilidades

• Manage project scope, timeline, risks, and stakeholder expectations with a hands-on leadership style.

Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, your mission will be to lead projects with a strong functional and business component. You will act as the key bridge between our internal teams and the banking client, ensuring absolute alignment between business requirements and technical execution.

Must‑Have

• Strong functional and business knowledge in the Payment Methods area, specifically focusing on acquiring, POS (TPAs), and cards
• Senior profile with solid experience, autonomy, and proven leadership in Project Management
• Proven experience leading, coordinating, and mediating between stakeholders from multiple entities (internal teams and banking clients)
• Highly consultative mindset, oriented towards solution structuring and proactive problem‑solving
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and mediation skills
• Availability for a hybrid work model in Lisbon
