Must-Have
- At least 3 years of professional experience in C++ development
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms
- Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Experience in analyzing business, functional, and technical requirements
- Exposure to solution design and architecture discussions
