The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of project management experience and proficiency in methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, alongside strong communication and organizational skills.

Must‑Have

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager
• Proven experience in project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
• Experience in managing IT projects and C‑level stakeholders
• Experience in defining a project plan in collaboration with different teams (internal and client)
• Proficiency in systematizing solutions to be implemented by the client
• Experience working with Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Atlas
• Experience in analysis, planning, organization and prioritizing tasks
• Good communication, collaboration and team development skills
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy and proactivity
• Team spirit
• English proficiency

Would Be Great If You Have

• Experience in the financial and payments sector and/or digital solutions area
• Knowledge of Infrastructure management
• Mastery of system architecture and technologies
• Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish
• PMO Certification
