Qualificações

• 5-8 years of experience as a Senior Consultant.

Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Consultant (5-8 years of experience) to join a high-criticality project, providing advanced Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. The primary focus of this role is the administration, migration, and continuous optimization of Microsoft infrastructures, as well as the investigation and resolution of complex incidents and vulnerabilities. The position has a strong emphasis on continuous improvement through process automation and requires availability for an on-call rotation (24/7 support).

Must-Have

• Microsoft Ecosystem: Solid experience in the administration and management of Microsoft environments (Client and Server Operating Systems)
• Active Directory & GPO: Absolute mastery in creating, implementing, and managing Active Directory and Group Policies (GPOs)
• Networking Foundations: Strong knowledge of core networking protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP)
• Automation: Full autonomy in developing PowerShell scripts for daily task automation
• Advanced Troubleshooting: Experience in analytical troubleshooting and resolving structural IT issues
• IT Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management best practices frameworks (such as ITIL or ISO 20000)
  
  

Would Be Great If You Have

• Cloud: Knowledge of Cloud administration, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Endpoint Management: Experience in managing, operating, and patching infrastructures using SCCM (MECM) and WSUS
• Orchestration: Hands-on experience in designing and creating runbooks using Microsoft Orchestrator
• Hybrid Environments: Practical knowledge of navigating and operating Unix/Linux systems
