Job summary

MoOngy Group in Portugal is seeking a Project Manager (French Speaker) to lead delivery, transition, integration, and transformation initiatives within IT environments. The role is hybrid, requiring 2/3 days in the office and eligibility to work in Portugal.

The Role: Project Manager (French Speaker)

Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• Experience managing or coordinating projects in IT environments;
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Experience with project governance, reporting, and project tracking;
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience in IT transition, integration, or transformation projects;
• Technical background in software engineering, system design, architecture, DevOps, or CI/CD;
• Experience leading development teams, coaching engineers, and driving engineering best practices;
