Job summary

MoOngy Group in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Software Architect to lead scalable enterprise architectures and guide development teams in a hybrid model.

You will work across cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, emphasizing security and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Hands-on frontend expertise with React, Angular or Vue.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, CI/CD and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams hands-on and guide development standards.

The Role:

Software Architect

Work Model:

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), resource optimization;
• React, Angular, Vue, hands-on frontend expertise;
• Docker, Kubernetes, containerization and orchestration;
• Microservices architecture, CI/CD, process automation, scalable and sustainable design.

Nice to have:

• Technical curiosity and continuous learning, interest in emerging technologies and industry trends;
• Critical thinking, autonomy, initiative, collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Lead software development teams hands-on, lead technical decisions and guide teams on development standards and best practices;
• Design and evolve scalable enterprise architectures, ensuring performance, security and maintainability;
• Explore and propose innovative solutions, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the software lifecycle, from conception to post-production monitoring;
• Ensure security best practices across platform components and promote best practices and resource optimization in cloud environments.
