MoOngy Group is seeking a Solution Architect - Atlassian/Jira Admin to join our hybrid team in Portugal. The role focuses on administering and architecting Jira Cloud environments, defining workflows, permissions, and governance standards while advising on migrations and integrations.

A strong emphasis on security, governance, and documentation is required. The ideal candidate will design scalable Jira solutions, support Atlassian best practices, and facilitate workshops.

Qualificações

• Experience with Jira Cloud administration and governance
• Ability to design scalable Jira workflows and configurations
• Experience in data migration and tool integration across Atlassian suite

Responsabilidades

The Role:

Solution Architect - Atlassian / Jira Admin

Work Model:

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• Jira Workflows, Issue Types, Screens, Custom Fields, Roles & Permissions;
• Governance, security, access management, configuration management;
• Tool integration, solution architecture, technical and functional documentation.

Nice to have:

• Proof of Concept (PoC), workshop facilitation, user adoption, reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and architect Jira Cloud environments, define workflows, permissions, configurations and governance standards;
• Support and advise on Jira migration projects, data migration, tool integration and Atlassian best practices;
• Design scalable Jira solutions, support security and governance, facilitate workshops and produce technical/functional documentation.
