Job summary

MoOngy Group in Portugal seeks an IT Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional IT delivery programs across Europe. You will coordinate teams, manage risks, and drive continuous delivery with a focus on value delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in IT delivery, strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall, experience with JIRA and MS Project, and ITIL familiarity. Hybrid work: 2-3 days in office, based in Portugal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project (or equivalent tools).
• ITIL framework knowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery.
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

The Role: IT Delivery Manager

Work Model:

hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

Eligibility:

Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there

• 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience;
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies;
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, MS Project (or equivalent tools);
• ITIL framework knowledge; experience in complex IT project delivery;
• Proven experience managing stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications (CSM, PSM);
• Experience in enterprise-scale or cloud-based delivery environments.
