MoOngy Group in Portugal is seeking a Tech Lead Java to guide technical development and ensure architecture alignment across multiple squads.

You will champion code quality, CI/CD integration and best practices, while supporting modernization and delivery processes.

This hybrid role requires residency in Portugal and authorized work status, with 2–3 days per week in the office and a collaborative, international team.
