Job summary

Decskill is growing and seeking a Project Manager for Data Migration & Reporting Transformation. You will lead the strategic delivery of a reporting transformation programme across national and international contexts, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.

Fluency in English is mandatory, and you will drive automated Power BI reporting, oversee a data migration, and define KPIs to monitor progress and ensure data integrity throughout the transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a critical data migration from a legacy system to a target Golden Source environment.
• Orchestrate the execution of the project roadmap, ensuring delivery according to timelines and objectives.
• Coordinate technical developers, IT teams, and senior business stakeholders across Compliance, Operations, and Audit.
• Ensure data integrity and operational continuity throughout the migration and reporting transformation.
• Manage reporting suite delivery and automation initiatives.
• Coordinate legacy-to-target data migration activities, identifying dependencies, risks, and impacts.
• Establish and maintain effective technical project governance.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track project progress and delivery.
• Prepare governance and stakeholder reporting with clear status and decisions.
• Manage project scope, changes, dependencies, and priorities throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders, aligning requirements with delivery.
