We would like to meet a Senior Data Analyst | PowerBI / Python for a hybrid project based in Porto.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science (or related field);
• 6+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence roles;
• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards + data modeling);
• Experience with Elasticsearch (management + querying);
• Strong proficiency in Python (C# is a plus);
• Advanced knowledge of PowerQuery (Power BI);
• Strong ability to work with and interpret complex datasets;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory;
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management;
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Elasticsearch databases, ensuring data accuracy, availability, and performance
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that deliver clear, actionable business insights
• Handle daily data integration requests, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business analysts, technical teams, support) to ensure end-to-end data alignment
• Analyze complex datasets to generate insights and recommendations that drive business decisions
• Develop Python-based tools and scripts to improve data processing and automation workflows
• Create documentation and training materials on data tools and best practices
