PharmaACE in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate forecasting, market research, market access, and cross-functional projects for global pharmaceutical clients. You will manage client relationships, guide project execution, and present insights to stakeholders.

You will leverage strong quantitative and qualitative analysis, work with IQVIA/Symphony datasets, and develop data-driven recommendations using Excel, SQL, R, Tableau, SAS and Visual Basic.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of forecasting and commercial analytics experience.
• Experience building financial models (market sizing, sales, and profit forecasts) using Excel.
• In-depth expertise in developing, implementing, and managing holistic modelling strategies with life sciences teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide forecasts, analysis and actionable insights for global pharma clients.
• Manage and coordinate complex consultancy engagements with client and people management.
• Present information and insights in presentable reports (PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel).

• Support PharmaACE’s consulting operations in Portugal and contribute to go-to-market strategies.

Job Description

Opportunity Overview

The Project Manager willwork closely with clients across forecasting, market research, market access,and other cross-functional projects within the pharmaceutical and healthcaredomain. The role involves managing client relationships, leading project execution,and presenting insights and recommendations to client stakeholders.

The candidate willleverage strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to analyzecomplex datasets, develop strategic approaches, and deliver data-drivenbusiness insights through a combination of client-provided data and secondaryresearch. Experience with IQVIA or Symphony datasets (e.g., Xponent, DDD) isrequired, while working knowledge of patient-level data will be an addedadvantage.

Responsibilties

• Provide forecasts, analysis and actionable insights that lead to theachievement of strategic and financial goals for our global pharmaceuticalclients
• Manage and coordinate complex consultancy engagements through strongclient and people management, subject matter expertise, communication skills(both written and oral) and the ability to draw conclusions and recommendationsfrom a variety of pieces of evidence
• Representing information and insights into presentable reports(PowerPoint/ Word/ Excel) for effective utilization by clients
• Proactively identify business challenges/ opportunities and workclosely with the team to develop research objectives, select methodologies,plan research projects, write and program questionnaires, and complete analysisand reporting
• Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clientsunderstand dynamic business issues and design analytic techniques primarily inexcel and in SQL, R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and to analyze the businessneeds.
• With your evolving role, you will be participating in BusinessDevelopment activities. Support the establishment of PharmaACE’s consulting operations in Portugal; contribute to defining the local service model, talentstructure, and go-to-market approach for the European market.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in Pharma / other life sciencesbackground (Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, etc.) orbachelor’s in engineering / B. Tech or master’s in businessadministration.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant forecasting andcommercial analytics experience. Experience buildingfinancial models (e.g., market sizing, sales, and profitforecasts) using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
  
• In-depth expertise in developing, implementing, andmanaging holistic strategies for modelling (design,development, validation, calibration, documentation,approval, implementation, monitoring and reporting) incollaboration with life sciences teams.
