emagine is seeking a proactive Project Manager (Mid to Senior) to lead cross-functional projects, manage end-to-end delivery, and drive critical initiatives. A background in Life Sciences is valued.

The role requires 4–8+ years in PM, English at C1, and certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2/AgilePM. You will define scope, milestones, resources, risks, and governance, reporting to senior management.

Qualificações

• 4–8+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably in consulting or regulated environments.
• Profile to mid-level or senior.
• Full professional proficiency in English (C1) is mandatory with strong communication.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM (or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional lifecycles.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and client partners.
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Implement governance and project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall).
• Provide status reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
• Foster collaboration within cross-functional project teams.
