PMI in Portugal is seeking a lead multidisciplinary engineer to drive projects across manufacturing, utilities, facilities and infrastructure, from planning through commissioning, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
You will coordinate contractors and cross-functional teams, supervise safety and regulatory compliance, and advance digital transformation with AutoCAD proficiency and strong stakeholder management.

Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects across manufacturing, utilities, facilities and infrastructure, delivering safe, sustainable and cost-effective solutions that support operational excellence, business continuity and strategic growth
Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through commissioning, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, timeline, quality, risk management and stakeholder expectations.
Develop and implement engineering solutions across manufacturing, utilities and infrastructure, driving reliability, efficiency, sustainability and capital investment initiatives.
Drive operational excellence and digital transformation through continuous improvement, structured problem solving, standardization, innovation and the adoption of digital and AI-enabled solutions.
Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance, integrating EHS, technical and regulatory requirements into all engineering activities and project execution. Mandatory University Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
3+ years of experience delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects within manufacturing or industrial environments, including hands-on project execution and the coordination of contractors, suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Effective communication and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a solution-oriented mindset.
