Job summary

PMI is seeking a Finance Systems Analyst to coordinate the design, development and rollout of global Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting systems.

You will work with Finance, business, and IT teams to translate requirements into effective technology solutions and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or similar.
• Minimum 5 years in finance, data analytics, or systems in a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and tools.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Proactive and curious attitude; can translate tech topics to actions.
• Experience with Financial Applications and SQL is a plus.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design and rollout of global finance systems for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting.
• Support design, build and deployment of Finance Global PBF&R solutions.
• Conduct acceptance testing and support users worldwide.
• Ensure master/transaction data accuracy in PBF&R applications.
• Assist the Global PBF&R team with systems solutions and processes.
• Ensure end-user readiness and updates of PBF&R applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the design, development and rollout of global finance systems and processes for Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting (PBF&R), while ensuring that data is accurate and reliable. Work with Finance, business and IT teams to understand current and future requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions. Identify and deliver improvements that add value to the business.
• Support the design, build and deployment of Finance Global PBF&R system solutions and processes
• Conduct acceptance testing and support worldwide user community to facilitate the adoption of existing or new functionalities.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data and transactional data used in PBF&R finance applications and that overall system is end user ready and updated
• Support Finance Global PBF&R team regarding their systems solutions and processes
• Ensure that the PBF&R finance applications and systems are end user ready and updated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Information Management; Business Analytics; Statistics and Econometrics; Finance; Data Science; Computer Science or similar
• Minimum 5 years of experience ideally in multinational environment in the areas of finance, data analytics or systems and information management.
• Solid knowledge of one or more financial systems and tools
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
• Proactive & Curious attitude
• Ability to articulate and translate into action technical and operational subjects
• Past experience with Financial Applications and programming languages (SQL) is a plus
• Advanced level of English spoken and written
• Advanced level of MS Office usage, namely Excel and PowerPoint
