Hitachi Rail Portugal, S.A. is seeking a Project Management Office professional to support planning, controls, and reporting across rail-related projects in Portugal. The role emphasizes scheduling, data accuracy, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate will work with PMO tools such as MS Project and Primavera P6, developing dashboards, tracking KPIs, and contributing to risk management. English fluency is mandatory; railway experience is a plus.

Qualificações

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Controls, Project Planning or Project Coordination roles
Experience in railway, transportation, infrastructure or large-scale engineering projects is advantageous
IPMA Certification is advantageous
Fluency in English (mandatory)

Responsabilidades

Support Project Managers in planning, monitoring and control of project activities throughout the project lifecycle
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones and baseline plans using project management tools
Monitor project progress, identify deviations and support corrective actions
Prepare project performance reports, dashboards and management presentations
Support project forecasting activities including workload planning, resource allocation and schedule updates
Monitor project KPIs and contribute to performance improvement initiatives
Support governance activities, project reviews and management meetings
Coordinate project data collection and ensure reporting information consistency
Contribute to risk and opportunity management activities
