Job summary

Clan is seeking a Program Manager to lead a global Workday deployment program from Porto. You will oversee end-to-end activities, govern the PMO, and coordinate teams across multiple countries to ensure successful implementations in HCM, Talent, and related modules.

The role requires extensive experience with Workday deployments, strong English proficiency, and the ability to manage complex global programs and stakeholder communications in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5+ years of leading Workday implementation programs.
• Proven experience delivering at least two global Workday deployments.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience managing deployments across multiple countries.
• Experience managing significant transformation programs.
• Strong executive communication, influencing, negotiation and change-management skills.

We are recruiting a Program Manager, for a leading international industrial group with strong European roots, which is setting up a Group Business Services hub in Porto.

The hub will bring together expertise in selected support activities to serve the Group’s international operations.

• Own the end-to-end program from planning to global deployment;
• Set governance, PMO standards, reporting, decision-making and delivery controls;
• Oversee the global deployment across Core HCM, Talent, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting and other modules;
• Control scope, budget, timeline, risks, quality and implementation partners;
• Coordinate international project teams and stakeholders across a complex matrix environment;
• Oversee data migration, integrations, security, GDPR and compliance with IT;
• Align senior stakeholders and lead communication, training, change management and business readiness.
• University degree or equivalent professional qualification;
• Strong international program management experience;
• 5+ years leading Workday implementation programs, with strong knowledge of the Workday ecosystem and deployment methodology;
• Proven experience delivering at least two global Workday deployments, including Talent & Performance and Recruiting implementations;
• Fluency in English required;
• Experience managing complex deployments across multiple countries;
• Experience managing significant transformation programs;
• Strong executive communication, influencing, negotiation and change-management skills, with the ability to lead in a complex global matrix.
