Wire IT in Portugal is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex software development programs in a fully remote setting. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage budgets and stakeholders, and ensure delivery across eCommerce initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in program or project management, a strong grasp of SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and excellent English communication. This role offers a dynamic, international environment and opportunities to grow.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management.
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams, including 20+ people.
• Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally within retail, including migration/re-platforming.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management.
• Knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Requirements
