Job summary

Wire IT is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead software development projects in a fully remote setup across Portugal/Brazil. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage budgets and stakeholders, and drive SDLC, Agile, and release processes.

Proficiency in English is required for global collaboration and successful delivery of eCommerce initiatives. Join a dynamic, international company and contribute to challenging projects that promote growth and learning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development project/programme management.
• Experience leading multiple teams and workstreams (20+ people).
• Proven delivery of eCommerce projects, ideally in retail, incl. migration/re-platforming.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management.
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Requirements

• 4+ years ofexperience inSoftware Development Project/Programme Management
