Wire IT in Portugal is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee software development projects and programs in a fully remote role across Portugal and Brazil. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive release planning while aligning with clients’ goals and timelines.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of programme management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record delivering eCommerce initiatives in a retail context.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management.
• Experience leading multiple teams and workstreams with 20+ people.
• Proven delivery of eCommerce projects, ideally in retail, including migrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholders, vendors and budget management.
• Knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools.

Role: Program Manager

Location: 100% Remote, Portugal/Brazil

Requirements:

• 4+ years ofexperience inSoftware Development Project/Programme Management
• Experience managing multipleteams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people
• Proven experience delivering eCommerceprojects,ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives
• Strong understanding of the SoftwareDevelopment Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budgetmanagement
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-preminfrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
• Strong leadership,communication, risk management, and organizational skills
• Professional proficiency in English
