Job summary

Wire IT is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex software delivery initiatives in an international context. This role is remote, Europe or Brazil, and focuses on eCommerce platforms, stakeholder alignment, and on-time cutovers.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through SDLC, leverage Agile and Lean practices, and manage budgets and expectations while reporting progress to clients and leadership. Excellent English and proven PM certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Proven Software Development Project Management experience, ideally in eCommerce/retail.
• Strong track record in eCommerce re-platforming with ownership of cutover processes and scope control.
• Experience delivering eCommerce platform projects and managing external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, release management and modern software development practices.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Lean delivery methodologies.
• Experience leading teams across different stages of their lifecycle.
• Ability to manage customer expectations, deadlines, project budgets and financial reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and adapting to change with critical thinking.
• Relevant Project Management certification/qualifications.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional software development projects end-to-end.
• Own cutover processes and scope for eCommerce re-platforming.
