Job summary

Wire IT is seeking a Program Manager to lead software development programs in a fast-moving retail environment. This 100% remote role supports teams across Portugal and Brazil, requiring robust SDLC, Agile, and release management expertise.

You will manage budgets, vendor relations, and cross-functional stakeholders, driving migrations and platform initiatives while upholding a people-centered, agile culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Software Development Project/Programme Management.
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people.
• Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management.
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
