Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex software development programs in a fully remote role with global teams. You’ll drive SDLC, Agile processes, and release management while coordinating stakeholders and vendors to deliver ecommerce projects.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in PM, experience leading 20+ person teams, and strong English communication. Wire IT offers health insurance, vacation, training budgets, and a collaborative, international culture.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management.
• Experience managing multiple teams including 20+ people.
• Proven experience delivering ecommerce projects, ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management.
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Requirements:
