Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a Program Manager to lead software development projects in a fully remote setup across Portugal and Brazil. You will coordinate multiple teams, manage SDLC, Agile practices, and ensure on-time delivery for eCommerce initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder and budget management, and professional English. Wire IT offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic, international team eager to grow.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in Software Development Project/Programme Management.
• Experience managing multiple teams and workstreams, including teams of 20+ people.
• Proven experience delivering eCommerce projects, ideally within a retail environment, including migration/re-platforming initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and release management.
• Experience with stakeholder, vendor, and budget management.
• Good knowledge of cloud/on-prem infrastructure, Git, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins).
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and organizational skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
