A leading IT consulting firm in Lisbon seeks a Technician Production Support & Sys Admin to ensure stability of the cash equities execution platform. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, deploying production changes, and managing incidents. Responsabilidades

• Support and monitor the cash equities execution platform for stability and optimal performance.
• Build and enhance monitoring to prevent and resolve issues.
• Deploy production changes with precision ensuring minimal disruption.
• Work closely with traders, developers, and stakeholders for process improvements.
• Manage incidents including analysis and reporting to maintain service levels.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of network technologies and protocols – specifically TCP and UDP

Basic scripting skills (Unix/Linux shell, Python, Perl)

Basic SQL knowledge

Experience with messaging: Tibco, Solace, IBM MQ, LBM, Kafka

Observability and monitoring tools: ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana

Good level of English
