act digital is seeking a Technical Engineer to join the Production Support and Infrastructure Projects team. The role blends hands-on technical work with project leadership, split 75% in Production Support and 25% in infrastructure project management.

You will ensure stability and continuous improvement of critical applications while driving cloud initiatives, DevOps adoption, and cost optimization across the organization.

Qualificações

• Experience in Production Support, Infrastructure, or Technical Project Management.
• Strong technical background across cloud, DevOps, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with FinOps, cost optimization, and reporting is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 Production Support for mission-critical applications.

We're Hiring | Technical Engineer – Production Support & Infrastructure Projects

Are you passionate about Production Support, Infrastructure, Cloud, and IT Project Management? We're looking for a Technical Engineer to join an international environment where you'll combine hands‑on technical expertise with project leadership.

This role is split between:

• 75% Production Support (Level 3)
• 25% Infrastructure Project Management

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, evolution, and continuous improvement of mission‑critical applications while leading infrastructure initiatives in modern cloud and DevOps environments.

What you’ll do

• Provide Level 3 Production Support for business‑critical applications.
• Lead infrastructure‑related projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate technical teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Support cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Define and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive FinOps, infrastructure optimization, obsolescence management, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure production readiness, resilience, governance, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to DevOps adoption, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver technical documentation, reporting, and project governance.
• Support knowledge sharing, mentoring, and training across teams.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in Production Support, Infrastructure, or Technical Project Management.
• Strong technical background in several of the following:
  • WebSphere
  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
  • Ansible
  • CFT
  • Autosys
  • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure Pipelines).
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace.
  • Experience managing infrastructure or technical projects.
  • Familiarity with FinOps, infrastructure lifecycle, and application decommissioning is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working with reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Cloud certification (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or similar).
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira Portfolio, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet.
• Dynatrace certification or previous experience.
