act digital is looking for an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer for Windows Infrastructure in Lisbon, Portugal. You will provide support for critical infrastructure, maintain enterprise technologies, and ensure seamless operation across multiple European entities.

Are you an experienced Windows Infrastructure Engineer looking to work in an international environment? We're looking for a Level 3 Support Engineer to help maintain, support, and evolve a critical Windows infrastructure supporting multiple European entities.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with enterprise technologies, automation tools, and infrastructure projects in a dynamic and collaborative team.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows infrastructure across multiple European locations.
• Support and maintain Ansible Tower, Centrify, and Trellix solutions.
• Perform infrastructure patching and produce detailed reporting on maintenance activities.
• Monitor and support Active Directory integration with Linux environments through Centrify.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents and ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to infrastructure stability, security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams on infrastructure and operational projects.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience with Windows Infrastructure administration and support
• Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture, including networking, DNS, DHCP, and security
• Experience with Windows Server, WSUS, Ansible, and Centrify
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Ansible, or Python
• Familiarity with BMC Discovery Asset Management and Power BI is an advantage
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and infrastructure lifecycle processes

Nice to have

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible
• Basic knowledge of French

Languages

• French is a plus
