act digital is seeking an Application Production Support (APS) Engineer to join an international team responsible for the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications within an Agile and DevOps environment.

You will work at the intersection of infrastructure, production and development, helping design production-ready solutions and integrating production requirements into Agile backlogs.

Qualificações

• Experience in application production support, IT operations or DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of production environments and operational support.
• Hands-on with containerization and platform tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in design of production-ready solutions.
• Integrate production and infra requirements into Agile backlogs.
• Support development teams to accelerate secure and reliable delivery.
• Ensure availability and stability of production and non-production environments.
• Implement and improve monitoring, observability, and service supervision.
• Contribute to incident management, release support and operational excellence.
• Promote automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share production best practices and upskill Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high service availability and meet SLAs.

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the design of production-ready technical solutions.
• Integrate production and infrastructure requirements into Agile backlogs.
• Support development teams to accelerate secure and reliable software delivery.
• Ensure the availability and stability of Production and Non-Production environments.
• Implement and improve monitoring, observability, and service supervision.
• Contribute to incident management, release support, and operational excellence.
• Promote automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Share production best practices and support the upskilling of Agile teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high service availability and meet SLA commitments.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Application Production Support, IT Operations, Infrastructure, or DevOps.
• Strong understanding of production environments and operational support.
• Experience with:
• Docker
• OpenShift
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic, Grafana, and Dynatrace.
• Familiarity with the DevOps toolchain, including GitLab, Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Mattermost, and Ansible.
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Production Operations, and Cyber Security.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
