Decskill, an IT consulting company with a strong global footprint, is seeking a Production Support specialist to ensure the stability of production environments across Windows, Linux, and various application servers. You will work in a multinational team, following ITIL practices and an on-call rotation to cover 24/7 needs.

Qualificações

• Proven experience with Windows and Linux/Unix system administration.
• Hands-on experience with application servers and web technologies (IIS, WebLogic, Apache, Tomcat, Nginx).
• Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools (Geneos, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, Dollar Universe).
• Scripting and automation in Python, Shell, SQL, Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
• Strong ITIL-based incident, problem, change, and release management knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global production support for GM APS Referential applications.
• Monitor and improve availability and performance across all layers.
• Participate in Follow the Sun coverage and on-call support outside business hours.
• Manage production capacity and propose improvements.
• Maintain production tools for monitoring, scheduling, backup, deployment, and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot incidents and restore services quickly.
• Provide recommendations on system performance, capacity planning, and operational improvements.
• Support project deliveries and production releases to ensure stability.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to reduce manual effort.
