Inetum is seeking a Network & Telecommunications Technician to join a 2nd line support team in Lisbon. The role focuses on troubleshooting network incidents, managing tickets, and delivering high-quality user support.

You will work with Cisco and Huawei gear, apply routing and switching knowledge, and collaborate with specialized teams to resolve complex issues, while maintaining clear communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in a 2nd line technical support role.
• Knowledge of IP networking and telecommunications environments.
• Ability to analyse, diagnose and resolve network incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd line technical support for network and telecommunications services.
• Manage and follow up support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents affecting network infrastructure.
• Communicate directly with users and stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop a solid understanding of supported network environments.
• Collaborate with specialist teams to resolve complex incidents.
• Contribute to service monitoring and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the support process.
