Job summary

TensorOps Consulting Services Ltd is seeking a Mid-Level ML Engineer to guide technical direction across client engagements and mentor a growing team of junior ML engineers. You will work directly with clients, advancing AI systems from prototype to production-grade deployment.

You will design, deploy, and optimize production ML/LLM-based solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with client teams to translate business needs into concrete technical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on Python coding for production-quality ML systems.
• Experience designing, training, optimizing, and deploying ML models independently.
• Experience building GenAI & LLM systems (RAG pipelines, chatbots).
• Familiarity with MLOps & production ML practices (model versioning, CI/CD).
• Experience deploying ML on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production ML and LLM-based systems for enterprise clients.
• Own end-to-end technical delivery from architecture to deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with client teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor and support other ML engineers; code reviews and guidance.
• Help shape internal best practices and tooling as the team grows.
• Represent TensorOps in client conversations and industry events (optional).
