Caixa Mágica Software is seeking a Technical Engineer in Lisbon to split duties between 75% production support and 25% project management. You will manage infrastructure components and deploy applications in production, applying DevOps practices and cloud readiness.

You will coordinate across teams, ensure governance and KPI alignment, manage budgets and risks, and drive end-to-end delivery while maintaining secure and compliant IT operations.

Qualificações

• Monitoring & observability with tools like Dynatrace.
• DevOps (Stack) & CI/CD experience.
• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); cost, scalability, and compliance focus.
• Cloud fundamentals certification or demonstrable cloud project experience.
• Familiarity with PM platforms (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, Jira Portfolio).
• Legacy tools: Websphere, Autosys, CFT.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Project management on time, budget, and quality of deliverables.
• Maintain infrastructure resilience and alignment with architectures.
• Oversee cloud adoption and cost management.
• Governance: management reporting, committees, and stakeholder visibility.
• Coordinate IT project teams and ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure RUN THE BANK operations and production support for ongoing stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize perimeters and efficiencies.
