FinOps Weekly in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Technical Expert in Production Support / Infrastructure Project Management. The role blends technical leadership with project coordination to drive infrastructure initiatives while preserving production stability.

You will support the organization’s cloud transformation, ensure resilient, secure, and scalable solutions, and collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, RUN, and business teams in a regulated enterprise.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in infrastructure project management or production support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead infrastructure and production IT projects through production transition.
• Coordinate technical teams across infrastructure, middleware, storage, networking, servers, and application support.
• Act as main technical contact across lifecycle.
• Support cloud adoption and secure architecture delivery.
• Define SLAs, KPIs, governance, milestones, risks, budgets.
• Organize steering and governance meetings.
• Ensure operational readiness and knowledge transfer to RUN teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Provide after-hours support during maintenance windows.
• Promote DevOps, CI/CD, Agile, and cloud-native practices.
