HumanIT Digital Consulting in Porto is seeking a senior product owner/manager to lead an end-to-end product lifecycle for a distributed engineering team. You will be the first contact for clients and business stakeholders, translating vision into incremental deliverables across time zones.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of enterprise experience supporting Agile development teams (Scrum/Kanban).
• Software engineering background and ability to discuss architecture, development, testing and deployment with technical teams.
• Able to influence SDLC discussions from business and client perspective; not required to design architecture or code.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Demonstrated management skills: conflict resolution, multi-reporting, roadmap planning and backlog management.
• Hands-on ownership of backlog, story writing, epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with international projects and remote teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills; able to produce clear reports for different audiences.
• Languages: English B2 minimum; Portuguese not required.
• Based in Portugal.

Responsabilidades
