Enhesa, a leader in regulatory and sustainability intelligence, seeks a Product Owner Lead to drive development of a high-visibility product. You will collaborate with engineers, designers and stakeholders to turn ideas into deliverables aligned with the company strategy.

The role requires 2–4 years as Product Owner, cloud-based software experience, and strong communication. You will shape backlog, write user stories, and work with PMs to ensure value delivery and timely releases.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience delivering cloud-based software projects and applying Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Clarify acceptance criteria with engineering and translate business needs into user stories.
• Communicate with stakeholders on features, deadlines, and priorities.
• Create user stories and acceptance tests with clear criteria.
• Collaborate with UI/UX to mock up final product visuals.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value and dependencies.
• Review prototypes for feasibility before advancing to development stages.
• Coordinate with engineering managers and developers on requirements.
• Verify product meets customer needs via usability tests and feedback.
• Report project status and blockers to the team.
