Job summary

Xelerate is seeking a Product Owner - Digital Products to own the Supplier Relationship Management and Value-Added Services domain for a global leader in chemical and ingredients distribution. You will shape collaboration with suppliers, drive product lifecycle management, and scale innovation across the Innovation Centres and laboratories.

You will lead a cross-functional team, define the product vision with stakeholders, and collaborate with Salesforce partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Product Owner in a corporate commercial area.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Clouds across multiple tracks.
Proven ability to lead diverse product teams and define success metrics.
Experience in a global, matrixed organization with regional complexity.
Understanding of supplier management and innovation-to-order domains.
Salesforce certifications are useful but not a substitute for product judgment.
Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the vision and roadmap for Supplier Relationship Management and Value-Added Services.
Develop and maintain a balanced roadmap with business impact and feasibility.
Lead end-to-end product discovery, delivery and adoption.
Champion Agile ways of working and ensure governance and security alignment.
