InnoTech in Porto, Portugal, is looking for an experienced Product Owner. You will own delivery of complex features across multiple applications and ensure alignment between business, product, and technical teams.

You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, manage the backlog, coordinate workshops and releases, and act as a product expert supporting agile teams with timely clarifications.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as Product Owner in Agile Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• EU work permit or CPLP nationality required to facilitate employment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery of complex product features across multiple applications, ensuring alignment between business, product, and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear epics and user stories, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and define sprint priorities.
• Coordinate stakeholders, workshops, product releases, testing activities, and user acceptance to ensure successful delivery.
• Act as the product subject matter expert, supporting Agile teams throughout development and providing timely clarification and feedback.
• Challenge requirements when needed, identify gaps and risks, and ensure the teams are solving the right business problems.

Your Mission Will Be

• Own the delivery of complex product features across multiple applications, ensuring alignment between business, product, and technical stakeholders;
• Translate business needs into clear epics and user stories, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and define sprint priorities;
• Coordinate stakeholders, workshops, product releases, testing activities, and user acceptance to ensure successful delivery;

You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, with solid knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and experience working in complex, multi-disciplinary environments;
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to document complex requirements clearly;
• Autonomy, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to manage changing priorities and demanding deadlines;
• Fully fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• A Product Owner or Scrum certification, such as CSPO, would be a plus;
• Previous experience in business-related domains and the ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and senior stakeholders;
• Technical knowledge of areas such as software architecture, programming, networks, protocols, system recovery, or failure handling;
• Experience coordinating product mockups, prototypes, testing programmes, and release planning;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
