Claranet Portugal is seeking an experienced Product Manager IT to join our Talent Team in Lisbon. You will shape the design, development, and GTM for cloud productivity and modern workplace offerings.

Collaborating with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Product teams, you will define positioning, create sales enablement content, monitor KPIs, and drive portfolio growth for B2B IT and telecom clients. A bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–5 years of Product Marketing/Management experience

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years in Product Marketing/Management or related roles in B2B IT/Telecom.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern workplace concepts.
• Familiarity with identity management and cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Fluency in English and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, development, and packaging of new IT services and cloud offerings.
• Contribute to product positioning, value propositions, and differentiation.
• Assist in GTM strategies for new and existing solutions.
• Create sales enablement content and product collateral.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance through KPIs and adoption metrics.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and lifecycle management.
