Claranet Portugal is seeking a Public Cloud Support Engineer to join our Lisbon-based team. The role focuses on hands-on cloud engineering and support across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, with responsibilities spanning IaaS/PaaS design, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in cloud engineering, strong IaC and scripting skills, relevant cloud certifications, and excellent English communication.

Qualificações

• Degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in public cloud engineering/support.
• Proven experience with at least two of AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Strong IaC experience (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• At least one professional cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Good English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Design, implement, and maintain IaaS and PaaS in multi-cloud environments.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines and IaC tooling.
• Automate tasks using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of environments.
• Monitor, log, and alert, performing root‑cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, networking practices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
