Claranet limited in Portugal seeks an experienced IT Manager to lead internal infrastructure and network initiatives. Based in Figueira da Foz, you will align client requirements with technical teams and drive delivery across virtualization, storage, and security domains.

You will translate business needs into technical plans, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects meet deadlines and SLAs while maintaining high standards of documentation and knowledge sharing.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in infrastructure and networks management.
• Proficiency in BGP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Experience with LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi design and management.
• Ability to read technical docs and incident reports from TAM teams.
• Fluent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, validate, and prioritize technical requirements with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into tech specs for systems and networking teams.
• Monitor progress with TAMs and ensure deadlines and SLAs.
• Escalate issues requiring management decisions.
• Document architecture decisions and changes.
• Maintain knowledge management and continuity.
